Note that at SPEC Innovations, we hold our users privacy and security paramount and do not list our users and customers publicly.
Having identified that we needed a more structured requirements management tool, and after a lengthy assessment of a range of enterprise architecture tools, we found that Innoslate was the perfect balance of functionality and pricing structure with by far the most intuitive user interface. We have been particularly impressed by the online support aspects -- Innoslate's team has responded instantly to questions, responding with how-to advice and responding positively to suggestions on potential new features.
I found the documentation easy to follow. I found the chat feature very helpful with reasonable response. I found things made much more sense once I had read the LML specification, which is very intutitive. Once I understood this I had no more difficulties using the tool. I found the PDF LML spec very usefull since I could read it off-line. I suggest doing the same thing with the Innoslate manual.
A systems engineering tool that is actually fun to use and web-based: @innoslate Congratulations!
